At Timex India, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your watch within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account on the Timex India website and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the watch is packed in its original brand box with all tags, warranty cards, and manuals intact before our courier partner arrives for pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
